At SolarRo Energy, we prioritize your satisfaction with our solar energy products. If you encounter any issues with your purchase, we encourage you to first contact us for assistance and advice. This policy outlines the procedures for returns and refunds to ensure a smooth experience that reflects our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Return Period
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return if you wish to return your product for a refund or exchange.

EU Consumer Rights
In addition to the above, if you are a consumer within the European Union, you are entitled to a "cooling-off period" during which you can withdraw from your purchase contract for any reason within 14 days after the day you receive your product. This right exists to allow you the opportunity to examine the product as you would in a shop.

Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

• Unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.
• In the original packaging, including all original accessories, components, instructional material, sticker labels, identification serial numbers, and associated books.
• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:

• Customized or special-order products tailored to your specifications.
• Products that have been installed, modified, or tampered with.
• Products marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.

Return Process

2. Download and Complete the Return Form: Please visit this link to download the return form specific to your product type. Complete the form in detail, ensuring to include a description of the reason for the return along with your order number. This step is crucial as it helps us understand your reasons for returning the product and allows us to process your request more efficiently.
3. Wait for Approval: After reviewing your return request and the completed form, we will contact you to confirm whether your return has been approved. If approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how to proceed with sending your item back to our facility.

Unauthorized Returns
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return and receiving approval will not be accepted. This helps us ensure that returns are processed efficiently and that your issue is resolved to your satisfaction.

Shipping Costs and Refunds

• Returns: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
• Exchanges: If exchanging for an item of the same price, you are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return and reshipment. For exchanges to a more expensive item, you must also pay the price difference. For exchanges to a less expensive item, you will receive a refund for the difference after deducting the shipping costs.

Gifts
If the item was a gift shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Refunds for Legal Entities
Please note that this return and refund policy applies solely to purchases made by natural persons (individuals). Legal entities (companies, organizations, or other business entities) are not eligible for refunds or returns under this policy.
