- Small Components: Items under 30 kg will typically be shipped via standard courier services commonly used for lightweight shipments. This includes smaller electronics, such as vehicle chargers, inverters, and power banks.
- Large Components & Pallet Shipping: For larger items exceeding 30 kg, or those requiring special handling (such as solar panels, large batteries, or bundled components), pallet shipping will be arranged. Pallet and international shipping fees are negotiable. We encourage you to request a quote before purchasing these items to receive the best rate.
Special Considerations for Battery Shipments
Certain items, such as car, bicycle, and power storage batteries, are subject to strict transportation regulations for safety purposes. We adhere to all applicable laws to protect your product during transit.

Damage During Shipping
To ensure your purchase arrives safely, please inspect your items in the presence of the courier. If you notice any damage:
- Immediately complete a damage report with the courier, detailing the issues.
- Retain a copy of the report and contact us within 24 hours of receiving the damaged item.
Failure to complete a damage report at the time of delivery may limit our ability to resolve claims with the shipping company.
Shipping Fees
- Flat Fee for Small Items: For products under 30 kg, we offer a fixed shipping fee, which will be calculated during checkout.
- Pallet & International Shipping: Larger and international shipments will be priced based on destination, size, and weight. Contact us for a shipping quote before placing your order for items requiring pallet shipping.
Shipping Times
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Shipping time will vary based on your location and the method of shipping. We will provide tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched.
Returns & Exchanges
Conditions for Return
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.
- All original packaging, accessories, components, and materials (e.g., instructional manuals, sticker labels, identification numbers) must be included.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Non-returnable Items
- Customized or special-order products made to your specifications.
- Products that have been installed, modified, or tampered with.
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.
Shipping Costs for Returns
- You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
Exchanges
- If you exchange an item for one of the same price, you are responsible for all shipping costs (for both return and reshipment).
- For exchanges to a more expensive item, you must pay the price difference.
- For exchanges to a less expensive item, we will refund the difference after deducting shipping costs.
