Victron EasySolar-II 48/3000/35-32 MPPT 250/70 GX

The EasySolar 48/3000/35 GX with built-in GX device and a 2 x 16 character screen is a combination of a BlueSmart MPPT 250|70 solar charge controller, a powerful pure 3,000 VA sine wave inverter, an advanced 35A battery charger (48V) with adaptive charging technology and a super-fast AC changeover switch in a single compact housing. The product is easy to install, with a minimum of wiring.

Victron EasySolar is an all-in-one solar power solution, and consists of the following components in one housing.

EasySolar inverter/charger: MultiPlus Compact 48/3000/35
The EasySolar-II 3000VA GX enables connection to CAN bus battery management systems, the VRM port portal for remote data control via Ethernet or built-in WiFi, enables ESS functionality among other things. The MPPT charge controller and the MultiPlus inverter/charger share the DC battery cables (included). The batteries can be charged with solar energy (BlueSolar MPPT) and/or with alternating current (inverter/charger) via the electricity grid or a generator. The output has uninterrupted functionality. The EasySolar takes over the power supply of the connected loads in the event of a power failure or if the shore/generating power is interrupted. This happens so quickly (in less than 20 milliseconds) that computers and other electronic devices can continue to function undisturbed.

EasySolar solar charge controller: Smart Solar MPPT 250/70
The integral MPPT has the input voltage of 250V, which gives great flexibility in choosing solar panel configurations. In addition, because the MPPT is Victron Smart, there is all the usual VictronConnect App functionality. Up to three sets of PV panels can be connected with three sets of MC4 (PV-ST01) PV connectors.

GX panel
The GX suffix indicates that there is a GX device for control and monitoring built in. A GX device is usually a standalone device such as a Color Control GX, Venus GX, Octo GX or a CANvu GX - but in this case it is a newly integrated GX device already connected to the internal multiplus-II- and MPPT charge controller.

Display
A 2 x 16 character screen is a two-line display that shows what the device is doing, and can also display a detailed error code if relevant.

PowerAssist
The unique PowerAssist technology protects the device or aggregate power supply from overload by adding extra converting power when needed.

Unique solar energy application software
Several software programs (assistants) are available to configure the system for both grid interactive systems and stand-alone applications.

Parallel or three phase
For parallel or three phase operation with the EasySolar-II 3000VA GX, only one GX device can be used. In fact, one GX device is sufficient and therefore it does not make sense to place three EasySolar-II 3000VA GX devices in a parallel or three-phase installation for this. Instead, two normal MultiPlus-IIs can be installed in addition to the EasySolar-II GX device.
