The FlatFix Fusion Stabilizer from Esdec serves to strengthen the mounting system on flat roofs and is placed between two base profiles. By overlapping the stabilizers with each other it is possible to ground them. The grounding corner is used to connect the stabilizer to the system.
Place the first stabilizer at the rear of the panels, so that the bottom edge falls between the open lugs of the high base elements and the side of the stabilizer is as level as possible with the outer edge of the high base element. Mount 1 side of the stabilizer to the high base element with an M6 x 12 mounting screw. Make sure that mounting screws do not loosen in the base element. Repeat the above steps when installing the second stabilizer, making sure that the slotted holes of the stabilizers and the screw holes of the high base elements overlap. The FF100-7211 has a length of 1700mm and can be used with a panel length of 1655mm to 1795mm.
